Small bumps on bottom Phal. leaves
 

I've noticed these small bumps on the bottom leaves of my orchid. The leaves look as if they will turn yellow and I assume eventually fall off. I've moved it away from my other orchids, since I was concerned that it had become infected. Can anyone give me some advice here.

Are the "bumps" like blisters or are they hard?

The bumps are very hard. By the way, I lost the first leaf from this plant about two weeks ago and shortly afterward, I started to notice the bumps. The leaf that already fell off didn't have any bumps.

some of my phals get this too SOMETIMES but only like one or two. whatever this is, i too would appreciate its identity. theres also some dips on some kinda like chicken pox scars (which EYE of all people should know) which i assume are where drops of water stayed on the leaves during a sunny part of the day

The bumps on one of the bottom leaves look as if they're turning white, but again, they're very hard and can't be scraped off (not without scraping the leaf). The orchid otherwise looks very healthy and I can see there is new leaf growth.
