Repotting A Pollinated Orchid

I have a pollinated Phalaenopsis orchid that is starting to get root rot because it's medium isn't up to par. I was wondering if it is possible to repot a pollinated orchid.

If it is getting root rot this is going to be a problem ...more of a problem than repotting is at least I would think so ....

with a case of root rot it is going to go downhill if it is not cured so I would repot just do it as gently as possible

Even though I don't have experience with propergation I would agree with John. If the plant roots die then it will hamper the seed pod (or even kill the plant), so look after the plant first, repot as gently as possible and hope for the best.

Go ahead and repot. your first priority should be the plant, then the pod. If you leave it as is you might end up losing the entire plant, and your pod goes along with it.

Repot. You're going to lose the pods no matter what your decision would've been. It will try to conserve it's energy.
