I Think My Phal Is Dying?

I got a phal about a year ago. I don't know what type it is but It appears to be dying. It had 4 leaves but 1 fell and one bacame yellow and wrinkled so i pulled it of. It shows signs of severe root rot and some sunburn. I want to know if i can save it at this point and if so how. The pics show the leaves and the roots, it is potted in a net and i only use the pot to hold it. Please help me!!

I can not access the picture ...but I believe you can save it if it still has a leaf or two

I can't see the photos, better if you will upload it here. As per your problem, Phal is very tough Plant. I have some Phals rescued from severe root root ( almost rootless) and now they are dancing back to life. I used to transfer them in s/h culture because the idea is that the culture will give them enough moisture and humidity to encourage root growth. But if you are not into s/h, I suggest you remove the dead roots and clean it very well and put some fungicide and rooting hormone before potting to your medium.

The pictures are too blurry to tell if there are any viable roots left. Your digital camera probably has a macro setting that will let you get those really closeup pictures in focus. On my camera it's a button that looks like a little flower.

At any rate, if there were any roots that felt solid and not black and mushy then you have a chance of nursing it back to health. I'm not sure what the netting is for. Is that just a temporary setup until you get a pot?

looks savable ....as advised clean it up well and then repot it and a little care it will make it in all probability ....

the orchid now broke in half.
One side is the dead roots the other the leaves.
