Sharry Baby leaves have spots
 

Most of the leaves on my Sharry Baby are peppered with small black spots. All but the newest leaves have these spots. Could this be from too much water, or a leaf desease or something else? Is there anything that I can do about it. Otherwise it looks to be a health plant with new growth.

Please help, I really love this plant.

Not to worry. Sharry Baby is known for these black spots. It isn't a thing to worry about.
The new leaves will eventually develop some spots too.

I have heard lots of theories and read some scientific studies on it, but apparently the only way to avoid them is to grow in a nearly saturated environment with mild air movement.

Good to know. I wont fret about it then.
