Unknown Phals
Hey I got both of these two phalaenopsis orchids at a local Home Depot (at different times in the year). Id like to know what species / hybrid they are. Any help with identification would be appreciated :)

Unfortunately, it is going to be nearly impossible to figure out what hybrid this may be. There are just too many similiar types to ever be sure. Beauties though!!

Interestingly, they're both the same species! Phalaenopsis unidentificusii

They're really pretty, especially the yellow one! But like already mentioned, it's impossible to name them. Phals are bred on a massive scale and there are many many hybrids that look almost identical. But having nameless orchids isn't a big problem, you can still enjoy them, and you can give them whatever name you want! :)

That's funny
I have what appears to be the exact same yellow/orange phal in my collection - think I probably picked it up @ Home Depot myself! It's one of my favorite phals, though - it strikes me as so polite and dutiful.
