Good morning, oh it's cold here in Chicago.
This looks to be a slipper Monday, I have some other things coming but only slippers today. ENJOY.. Jim 1. Paph. fairrieanum fma bohlmannianum. 2. Paph. fairrieanum X Hsiying Web. 3. Paph. spicerieanum. 4. Paph. helenae X Pacific Shamrock. 5. Paph. Babyface. 6. Phrag. Cardinale. |
Oh Jim! You've made my morning! Thanks for the pleasure of your eyecandy. :)
|
Lovely!
|
I like the phrag! It looks a lot like Paph delenatii, only better. I see that you got snow too, must be nice to look at the orchids when outside it is cold and white.
|
Way to go Jim! I like them all! I have a Phrag Cardinale with two growths, but no blooms yet...sniff sniff. Mind if I ask what kind of potting medium you are using with your paph's and phrags! Obviously yours are very very happy!

Hi Becca.... I have my small Paphs in a seedling mix, and everything else in CHC-perlite-charcoal mix, Phrags also. The Paphs get watered once a week MSU fert.3 out of 4 weeks, the Phrags I water twice a week and they set in water. Hope this helps. Jim.

Love the photos with the snow in the background. They would make good greeting cards.

What a great display, Jim! That Babyface is really cute! And the more I see helenae crosses, the more I like them!
Thanks for sharing these! |
That's a beautiful collection of slippers Jim...thanks for sharing them with us!
