3 clones of the same cross
Dendrobium Rainbow Dance, a recent acquisition:
clone 'Pink' http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e3..._0291Small.jpg clone 'Pink & Orange' http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e3..._0288Small.jpg clone 'Akazukin Chan' http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e3..._0290Small.jpg I like the last clone the best. Enjoy! |
Gorgeous, Jorch!! The veining in the lip is AWESOME! I like both the last clone and the one with orange in it. I wonder if perhaps D. unicum is in the parentage...?

I love all three of them! Fantastic pics ;)

Very cool! In the last photo it looks like you dipped an unopened white Dend bud into a bucket of paint! I also like how the lip seems to fade to a pure white. I find it very interesting to see sibling variation. Thanks for sharing those with us.

Yvan - Dendrobium Rainbow Dance is 50% Dendrobium unicum
Good eye ;) Dendrobium Rainbow Dance = Dendrobium Kurenai X Dendrobium unicum |
Thanks, Dorothy! The lip veining, the non-resupinate blooms, and that little bit of orange in clone 2 were what had me thinking. Them clones is GAWGEOUS!

I have to agree with you on the last one. Unicum, ah ha! I thought there was something familiar but couldn't put my finger on it at first. I have Den. Yellow Pixie Charm which also has unicum in it (Yellow Chinsai x Unicum) but mine bloomed month ago, so it didn't come to mind at first. Nice pics., nice plants.
