Cattleya leaves very light green

:hello
I think that it is probably lacking something but what is it? Maybe too much light? I have all my orchids in the patio and block the direct sun with roses and other plants. I am new a growing orchids so I am not sure if the patio is a good place for them. I live in Southern California. |
Looks great to me! As long as you don't burn them, they like the higher light. Dark green foliage is a sign of low light (especially in Catts).

Thanks again!

I totally agree with Royal, in fact I would worry more about those dark green catts which I also find very attractive but its really not a good sign.

And just a tip....an orchid that is receiving the highest amount of light it can handle will have a reddish tint to it. Just be careful to not let it get past that point.
