Looks like an average Cymbidium to me.

It has unusual markings on the sepals and petals, but other than that it doesn't appear special. There's obviously some reason that they value it so highly. Perhaps it has variegated foliage or it's a unique variant.

You could buy a greenhouse and lots of nice plants for $202,000.

You could buy my greenhouse and all the plants in it for half that... Come on, make an offer before winter!
