Dendrobium orchid

Hi,
Please can someone give me some advice. My dendrobium has 5 new canes which are doing fab. It also has 3 Kiekis (sorry unsure of spelling) growing at end of the 3 old canes. They have produced one flower on 2 of the Kiekis what should I do? Is this normal? Thank you for any replies and help. |
