Medium for sobralia flasks?

I bought a Sobralia flask from Troy Meyers since it was inexpensive. Then I realized I have no idea what medium these seedlings of terrestrial orchids grow in. Does anyone have suggestions?

Sphagnum moss works for almost all orchid seedlings.
