I bought this paphiopedilum very cheaply without a label on a trip to Berlin and am very pleased with the flower but I'm not sure exactly what it is and I'm wondering if anyone can help. I moved it over from bark into semi hydroponic and it seems to be very happy.

You can contact the store and ask them if they can get that info from the vendor. I've successfully done that in the past.

No I can't do that as it was in germany and I live in the UK.

Thanks for your thoughts but I posted hoping someone would have an idea of what it is. I don't even remember exactly where the store was and I doubt they would be able to help.

It looks a lot like Paph. philippinense var. roebelinii but I'm not there to examine it, and I'm not an expert on Paphs.
