Help! Soft Spot or Cold damage?!

The plant remained outside in temperatures of 10-16 degrees celsius for 2-3 days.
I put it inside, but I have now noticed some weird discolouration on some of my orchids leaves.
I was wondering if it's cold damage and should let it be, or if it's some kind of bacterial infection and I need to amputate :scratchhead:

I have marked the spots with a sharpie to see if they will progress over the next days.
I am certain there hasn't been leftover water on the leaves, as I am always very careful when watering.
And it's my only orchid. Any advice is welcome!

Update 29/12/2020:the spots remained the same, so I presume it was just cold damage and no infection.
I didn't cut any part of the leaf as I don't want to create open wounds, the damaged parts have started collapsing so I'm expecting them to dry up soon. Thanks to everyone for the advice!

It is likely that it received some cold damage - which could also start an infection. 15 deg C is about as cold as a Phal can tolerate, and the ideal minimum is more like 18 deg. C. Your approach of marking the perimeter of the spots and observing is exactly the right thing to do. If the spots don't progress, they may dry up and just be a bit ugly. If they do show signs of spreading, then surgery would be reasonable. If it does become necessary, a single-edge razor blade could be used to just excise the affected area, preserving as much good leaf as possible. Again, a bit ugly but better for the plant to have that extra surface for photosynthesis. But for now, just watch it and see if you have a problem or not.
