lockhartia oestedii ..cultural requirements
 

Just bought lockhartia and placed under flora light.Had similar plant in past..but no luck.....don't want same fate ....help with care instructions and any secrets that work for you.

I have mine in a hanging basket with only a small amount of large bark mix. i use medium light cool nights and fairly warm days. As far as watering it will only need misting in the morning and only watered if you have several very hot days in a row but even then a heavy misting will do the trick. They do not like wet feet a friend of mine has his mounted on a slab with the same conditions as mine and never waters it only misting.
