Phalocalanthe Kryptonite
 

This is the first terrestrial orchid I have. I bought it from the grower who made the original hybrid (Cal. Rozel*x*Phaius. tankervilleae), their greenhouse isn't far from me. I found it interesting to talk to the guy who first came up with this.

This came from EFG Orchids in Deland, FL. I'm in Central Fl and it's on my back porch. George, I think he's the owner of EFG, is really easy to talk to and obviously very knowledgeable. He happened to have a few of these around one afternoon when I stopped by. It's different than most of my orchids, so I couldn't resist.
