Onc Sharry Baby repot question

I've got a nice big Sharry Baby that I picked up earlier in the summer. It's in a 3" pot with 3 large PBs and 2 new growths. The small pot is extremely unstable with as large as the plant is, it's fallen over a few times :( I've read that they like tight pots but this seems overkill. I'm pretty sure one of the new growths is going to be outside the pot at this rate. So finally, question is, is this the time to repot and if so, how big of a pot do I go up to? Been thinking of going S/H with this plant, which I understand is pretty forgiving of pot size. Believe it is straight sphagnum right now. If I stay with bark/spagh do I just go up an inch or 2? Please see pics! It's my first Oncidium so trying to navigate my way with it. Any thoughts appreciated! Thanks!

Now is a good time to repot. If you want to keep with the current type of medium, I'd go with a 6" pot (it's in a 4" nursery pot now, right?), possibly clay to allow more air and weight for stability.

If you want to go to S/H, 6" or even 8" would be OK.

Hey Ray, thanks for the reply! I kind of figured that would be the answer, it checks the boxes of active growth new growth and climbing out of the pot. It's in a small nursery pot, 3-4" not exactly sure so I'll look at either a clay pot for organic medium or maybe I can find a 6-8" glass vase to drill for S/H.

mine love s/h but without the tray they get watered every day instead and man they are so much happier.

I'm thinking this one is a good one to give S/H a try as it is a big healthy plant and growing fast. I'll have to see what I can find for a pot, need something heavy! I don't want it falling over anymore!

Update, I moved it to a 6x8 glass vase from Wally World in leca. Roots were a nightmare to clean up as they were embedded in the packed spagh. Lots of roots disturbed or worse in the clean-up, hoping for a strong rebound!
