Recently received a delivery from Cloud's Orchids. They are located in the Niagara Peninsula, Ontario.

Although the ordering process is a bit out of date (they do not have secure on line ordering), you can call, fax or email your selections. They were very prompt to reply and very quick to get the plants sent out to me.

Shipping costs were reasonable and the plants were well packaged for travel. The plants also are very healthy and well rooted.

From start to finish - I am very happy and will deal with them again............now if only I can get another order in before the freeze!

i've also deal with cloudorchids in person and they are great. Friendly and helpfull.

My orchids from clouds arrived yesterday. All packed very nicely, nothing broken! I liked the way they wrapped each and every orchid and at the bases of the orchids aswell. It showed they took the time needed to care for these orchids for save arrivel. I was very impressed at the sizes i got for my money, many are in spike or blooming size - which i didn't expect since only a couple were at BS the others orchids were bought as seedlings. The orchids i recieved are very large well grown, clean lush plants, also came with a culture sheet. Shipping cost were very reasonable.
Warren has alot of courtesy and was quick to respond to my emails. Hats off to the folks at Clouds Orchids, I will order again for sure - rating 10+
And NO i dont work for them ( I wish) - now stop reading this and go get some orchids!! :banana:

I have had similar positive results from Clouds, and Warren is prompt and courteous. Also if you need some cultural info Claudio will provide this.

I have placed orders with Clouds 4 times this summer and have been Very pleased each time, plants are always in terrific shape and larger then described. On the down side, they seem to always be updating their catalogue and there is almost always something new each time you look, temping one to order again.

Isn't that the truth - you just get a wish list together and there's another catalogue update!

They sure have it figured out......aways keep them coming back for more!

Claudio and Warren have the best plants and service. I highly recommend their plants. Both of them are very nice in person as well...Claudio has the biggest laugh...you'd never forget him if you heard it.

I've also had great service with Cloud's. Some plants I ordered were suppose to be seedlings yet arrived in spike! What a deal for just $10! I highly recommend them.

What is there not to love.. I've ordered from them many times and their plants are very healthy and when they say bs, it IS blooming size!:cheer:

I've also been to their greenhouse twice, (it's like, a desination point, as we live 1,000 miles away). Claudio and Warren are both very nice people with great sense of humour.:)

I placed my very first online order with Cloud's Orchids and they are due to arrive either tomorrow or Wednesday...as a complete newbie, I had to rely on Warren for advice....a lot of advice :D He is an absolute dream to deal with...very prompt, friendly, knowledgable...after reading all the wonderful postings above, and from my conversations with Warren, I am most confident that I made the right choice, choosing Cloud's Orchids......I will provide further info once I get my new orchids in my hot little hands!! LOL....

Just to followup my previous comment about my order from Cloud's Orchids. I received them yesterday and I am VERY impressed. I ordered 15 'chids, mostly Cattleyea and a couple of Oncidiums. Each one was carefully, individually wrapped, including over the top of the pot (below the leaves - sorry if that doesn't make sense LOL) so no potting media escapes.. you can see how they take the utmost care and attention to your order. All were then placed in a large box, that was packed full of extra filler, so there was little shifting. (I had no idea what to expect...I figured there's be bark all over the place....I have more messes bring an orchid home from Zehers, than what I saw with 15 of them that had to survive c*post :D )

Each plant was carefully marked with proper tag, and I cannot believe the size of these plants!!! They are all large, lush and gorgeous...To my inexperienced eye, these plants are well worth the money. The box also contains a culture sheet which is very handy for someone like myself. After all of the assistance Warren gave me, and these gorgeous plants I received, I will most certainly be placing many, many more orders from Cloud's Orchids again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, and awesome customer service.

I've ordered many times, and very time it is great. They always answer emails the next day except on weekends or if they are out of town, ship with the smallest box possible (to save shipping costs for us) and wrapped all the plants perfectly.

I didn't realize so many of you at OB were in Canada!
