Here it is in its new pot:
If there had been any room for packing peanuts, I would've used them (I normally do if the pot is too big), but there were too many roots in the way.

Yup, I believe it might be Phal Wenlong 'Pink Girl' (which isn't registered so it's still a NoID), it looks like one anyway with the cutest little pink flowers. I have another one as well that looks more like a Jiaho's 'Pink Girl. That one had almost no roots when I bought it (it was the last one left) and I was worried it wouldn't make it, but it has grown a decent root system now (not as big as its sibling's) and gotten some new leaves as well.

Hormones and steroids, that's what I feed them, and yes, they do glow in the dark.
No seriously, I use my own substrate mix of medium grade bark, sphagnum, and perlite. I feed them with seaweed extract and K-lite, which they seem to like just fine.
But, to be honest, I can't take all the credit for these root monsters, I think our lousy Swedish summer has played a big part of their growth. It has been lousy from a human point-of-view, but from an orchid perspective, it has been great with high humidity, due to lots and lots of rain, overcast skies which has made it bright, but not too bright, and decent temperatures. Unfortunately, it has led to said root monsters that are in need of a repot (despite all of them having been repotted during spring), so next year I hope we get a better summer, but from a human perspective this time.
