Bob is right...the spike will always go towards the light; you can guide it towards the direction you want using the light source and by staking it

but once buds start developing, you are going to want to try not to move it too muich, so that the buds will have a uniform and nice presentation. instead of facing every which direction

Yea, Ive kept the Triprince facing the same direction as I dont want them going every direction.

Ok, took to the task to "repot" these. For the Burning Star, the moss was PACKED in there. I took out around 50% of the moss and just repotted it in the same pot as its a little homely on the root front. Treated it with a tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny bit of superthrive to see how it reacts. If it deforms the spike or flowers I will just trim it back and see if another one comes along.

The Triprince was insane. There were more roots than moss! The plant is probably 60% roots. I did repot this one in a 20 oz gatorade bottle as there was no way I was getting the roots back into the tiny pot. It literally stood up on its own!
