Green Coconut Husk
I just got a few sacs of really nice coconut husk very cheap from a coconut juice packer.
The problem with it is that it is still green.
Could this be a problem if I use it like that in my potting mix?
Should I let it dry?
Thanks for any insight on this,
Rodrigo

Rodrigo - I would let it dry out first, I think if you use it green it will possibly rot and turn to mush.

Thanks Glen,
Yes, that's what I'm going to do. No need risking it.
Thanks!

Its rather very easy to shape up into pots and shapes when it is green.
