Pleurothallis prolifera
I've had this plant for at least five years. It is grown mounted on treefern and sits in a south facing window in my kitchen. It isn't fussy at all. I have forgotten to water it for weeks at a time, but it didn't suffer (although, I don't recommend it). Currently, it has at least five spikes and has been in bloom for several months.

I love these flowers, especially the pink and orange together. I don't think my last photo did this plant any justice, so here's a better shot of the flowers.
