I don't know what it is. It looks like a
Plths grobyi on passing, but I agree that it probably isn't.
I would try to get a hold of some orchid taxonomist and ask.
There are way too many Pleuros that are unidentified, and they're always popping up in people's collections.
What makes it difficult is that, (as far as I know),
Plths grobyi can also be pretty variable in color pattern.
I do vote for maybe naming it
Plths tommymiamiensis, or at least
Plths grobyi var. tommymiamiensis if it is a new undescribed species. You discovered it, why not?.
