Oh I love those stripes. My problem at the moment is humidity, I think well it may not be my only problem.

My humidity over the winter is around 30-33% ... if I'm lucky. (And that is with a humidifier running 24/7.)

Well that's about the same with me. I even have a small one in the window for my Masdevallias but my ignea is having problems getting the new leaves to open. I thought I read on here that was not enough humidity. I have tried to help them but they seem to still be having trouble.

I love the contrast on yours! Mine is getting ready to push out a flower again. I got it as a small plant and it's had a hard time to get going - but it's coming along! How large is your plant?
