Tom has been growing orchids longer than I have been alive. So, to some extent, I can understand why he needed a change.

There are other places and other sources, but things for sure have been in flux. It will be interesting to see what the next couple years bring.

Yes, I understand needing a change, but it saddens me nonetheless. There have been so many people I've known in the nursery business who've left it in the last few years after a lifetime of being in it.

Jeremy, that is a very interesting and thought-provoking thread. And your comments about it not being that easy to put businesses online are spot-on (I know from several experiences).

Jeremy, I am looking for the Masdevallia Subsection Durae and the hybrids from these species. if he has any of these, I'd be very interested.

Thanks T. but I can't take the credit, it came with 2 spikes. There are however several starting, lets see how they do. This was a recent purchase. It's a pretty good sized beauty.
