This plant is synonymous with wendlandiana, it's called Pleurothallis chloroleuca according to IOSPE.
After unwittingly attempting to kill these poor little plants, they decided to reward me for getting it right.
I originally had them in straight sphagnum moss and lost about half of the plants I had. I changed things up a bit and repotted the survivors in a mix of fine fir bark, perlite and chopped sphagnum moss. They're doing much better now, as are the Pleur. hemihroda in the same type of potting mixture.
The plants are still small, but recovering nicely. The last photo shows the plant in a 3" pot.
