Pleurothallis alata
This is one of the smallest orchids in my collection, and almost always seems to have at least one bloom or bud. But it is exploding right now, lol...
Please forgive the photography as it is very difficult for me to get good pictures of this tiny marvel, and with the fog in the terrarium and all.

I keep it in a stable environment, between 65 and 75 degrees, somewhat bright light from a grow bulb 2 feet above it and window light coming in, and keep it between 70 to 90% humidity (though I understand 60 might be ok, but don't quote me on that. It's kept in my terrarium.

To some extent, yes they are. It really depends how the light catches the white portions.
