1.5cm blooms? I'm not familiar with the genus, so I was expecting them to be much larger than that! Photos can be very deceptive. But small plants means you can have more of them!

Ron- Saw these on your website a little while back and they're on my mental wishlist now :)

We saw a Stelis vulcanica at an EPOS meeting (which I think has been synonymised with argentata) last year and was told in no uncertain terms that one of those was allowed in our collection by my GF (yay!). I've now got two Stelis (a vulcanica and an argentata 'Joinville'). Can't wait for them to bloom, although they're still quite small. :)

Fantastic pictures. I love seeing this orchid and the white hairs make it just stunning. I love dark coloured flowers.

Many Stelis flowers are just millimeters in size, so this is pretty good for a Stelis.

Many of the Stelis are greenish-yellow to whitish, so these are very different in color from some of the others.

I remember the last time you posted this, but I love seeing it again! The white fringe really makes the blooms pop!

I may have to order one for myself come spring! ;)

As soon as they are, I'll certainly be posting pictures :) They're still quite small, and I'm still a rank neophyte, but hopefully, the plants will get around to it eventually!
