Default zootrophion alvaroi

I had never heard of this one before I picked it up at the Calgary show in October. Apparently the flowers don't open, and are mostly in pairs. I grow this one mounted in a warm terrarium. It's still a very young plant. Any advice/info. on this species is very welcome, since it's hard to find any information at all.

Interesting. I wonder how they get pollenated if they don't open. . .

Very nice and they have slits in the side through which the pollinating insect is able to crawl.

You're growing them right. They make better terrarium inhabitants than they do outside a terrarium setting.

They like moderate to high humidity.

Intermediate growers.

Bright shade.
