I read an article many years ago from one of the women at J & L orchids about propogating these. I've done it myself with some measure of success. Basically, you cut off an old growth at the base and stick it in a tiny pot full of sphagnum moss, with the leaf out of the moss and the stem in it. Then you moisten the moss and seal the whole thing in a ziploc bag. Very often, you can get a nice blooming sized plant pretty quickly by doing this...
