You're right to assume the flowers on this plant are Masdevallia-like (because they do look like them).
These plants are tiny. Each leaf is usually no larger than 1/2" tall. The flower spikes are as thin as fine hair. But the flowers are relatively huge for something so tiny, and they are just a bit over 1/4" tall.
The sepaline tails are yellow-orange. The sepals are beige or off-white. It is spotted with maroon. The petals are tiny and beige. It's lip is maroon and shaped like a tongue.
This was mine when I had it. Unfortunately it passed. I still have a hard time with this species.
