Default Fire belly Newt

This is my little Firebelly newt. Cynops orientalis. Ain't it cute? Unlike me, newts and salamanders have no claws or scaley skin.

Beautiful newt, but where is the fire? It's called a fire bellied newt, so show me the fire! Just playing. Again, beautiful newt.

So beautiful !

How is the care? is it easy?

I'm planning to get a tiliqua scincoides, eastern blue-tongued lizard (much bigger). But I still have to convince my dear wife

Care is relatively simple. Humid tank, with vegetation, and a big pond for them to swim in. They are social (with others of their kind) They will eat live foods that can fit in their mouths and that they can catch or you can dangle in front of them.

My thoughts exactly on the face. Its too cute, when it looks up at you and you know its thinking "Please don't eat meeeeee."
