Brown rot on grammatophyllum?

Hello, again, all!

If I have multiple questions regarding pest/disease on different orchids, should I post them all in one thread or split them up?

In the meantime, is this brown rot on a gramma leaf? There are a few other leaves with spots on them, but I'm primarily talking about the first one.

If so, treatment advice? Should I cut off the leaf/s?

In the first pic, the spot is kinda watery and translucent. In the second one, the spots are darker, a little sunken, and dry.

In warm, high-humidity areas like yours, most outdoor orchids have lots of spots like these. I don't have your conditions so I'm not sure which are worrisome and which aren't. The St Augustine Orchid Society has a Web page devoted to pests and diseases; you might find that helpful.
