Side of phal leaf pinched and browning
I have this phalaenopsis no id in my work office. It generally has good light and water. I've had it about a year and it's been blooming nonstop since I got it. It hasn't had any problems until recently when the newest leaf developed this pinched in wrinkle and it started to brown like it was drying out. The office is being renovated, so the AC isn't on. Temperatures are getting up to 85-90 F In the day, dropping maybe to 75F at night. Is this due to the high temps or could the plant have a pest that I'm just not seeing? Advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Photos taken from the top and side view.
