Spots of leaves of Phal

I am new to growing orchids. My one phal has weird yellow and white spots. I cut off the worse leaves and out cinnamon on the cut areas. This orchid was a gift and was dyed purple. Not sure if that is why she is sick. I have isolated this orchid from the others. Help!!!
