Fungus on Den Microchip

Hello again,

Here is a picture of my Den Microchip. It has been a prolific plant that flowered for 4 months continuously earlier this year. It also generates new leaves regularly and quickly.

The problem, as you can see, is that the older leaves get dark brown spots, with yellow edges.

Again i have tried to identify the disease but an not sure what it is.

Are you providing air movement (a fan, in other words) for this growing area? You can prevent a lot of fungal problems this way.

This isn't fungus. The plant is unhappy about something. I would guess humidity too low, getting too dry for too long, too much sun or cold water falling on hot leaves.
