IMO, the pot I can see is way too big. For each division that has it's own live roots, pot the division in a pot that will barely fit the roots. Follow estacion seca's advise and read

I don't see clear evidence of insects, but you should probably look for evidence of those. Treat with appropriate insecticides (such as imidacloprid) if you find them.
I have helped people recover plants in worse shape. The fact that the leaves seem firm, even if scarred, is hopeful.
