Thank you so much for your advice, especially tucker 85 who first answered my question, I followed them , watered every day on a bucket for 10 minutes and used the oath spray too, I have a beautiful spike now.

I thought I posted something last night, I want to thank you all for the good advice, I started watering thoroughly my orchids and I have a beautiful new spike and I think a new one is coming on the other plant.
