Is this a virus?
I'm wondering if this Dendrobium has a virus or just a case of too much light.

The white areas could be burn. The others, I don't know, but doesn't look viral to me.

Difficult to tell, could be burns, fungus…
Can you make a better pic of a leaf?

Mhmm check for spidermites
The picture is too small to be definitive, but the necrosis can be fungal (and it's not contradicting the acarian issue). Is there patterns?

There aren't any patterns that I can tell. I've checked for mites and came up negative but sprayed a multipurpose fungicide and bug killer (including for mites) on it a while back. The red color continues show and seems to be slowly spreading.

What den is that?
I have a few (bracetosum, tannii, Hibiki) that do something very similar to that when they are about to shed their leaves. It's starts as a weird reddish coloration and eventually they fall off. It's not exact...but very, very close.

Deciduous, right? If it were mine, I would just watch. I could be wrong but I am leaning toward the leaves are about to drop and it's just getting ugly. If that's the case...it's nothing to be worried about. Usually the growths are a bit more mature before the drop start but maybe it's responding to a change in culture.
Or, you could test it for virus but it doesn't look like any virus that I've ever seen.

Thanks all! I'll keep it separated and a watchful eye on it. I do believe it's semi-deciduous but it didn't do this last year. Perhaps I did something different.
