I have 2 white phals that are doing well and currently in bloom but the newest leaves on both look like the pictures here. I grow them indoors with a combo of sunlight and lights. I have never seen this particular process before. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what this might be?

Have you changed the light level recently? It looks like the leaf is adjusting from a low light environment to a higher light environment.

Yeah the light may have been increased recently some. I moved them out to a less bright area. Hopefully that is the issue. Thanks for your input.
