I can't register since Sweden is not on the countries listed, and, also, I have no idea which tests I should buy. So I sent them an email asking them how to register since I don't dare to call them (I'm really not confident in register over the phone!), and also which tests I should use. Let's hope they answer soon.

Which test to use is simple, they only offer one for orchids. CyMV and ORSV test. That's the standard one anyway. It's before last on the list of virus tests on the second link I gave you.

What are you looking at that you see a list of countries, and I don't see anywhere to register??

Again, thanks!

Let me see now... I click on products and then to their registration page and there you have the Billing Address and Shipping Address - this is where Sweden is not part of the countries listed and it says if your country isn't on the list, you'll have to call them and complete the registration by phone...

I don't want to call them since I'm not confident enough in my English to hold a phone conversation with a native English speaker as well as a complete stranger. I'm a bit weird, I know.

I STILL don't see a registration button!

On the phone I doubt it's a native English speaker, the company is based in France.

If you click on "register" in the second paragraph on this page you'll first come to a security question before getting to the registration page. Oh, it's based in France? That's interesting since France isn't on the list either... Have I managed to end up on the American page somehow?

No matter where it's located, I don't dare phoning anyway. I have enough trouble making domestic calls - I have a bit of phone phobia.

Oh, that's because you went directly to the main US website! The link I sent you was their EU distributor, which I found on the contact page.

Oh!

No wonder then! No point in registering on the American site, right?

Should I send them an email asking where the closest distributor is? I tried the link to the German one, but that one doesn't work...
