Pitted Spots on the leaves of my Phal.

Hello All: Pitted spots and purple outline of my Phal leaves. I have about 20 Phal plants and this is the only one that I see with this condition. I sure would like to know what it is. I have them in a green house in the desert of Arizona. Practically all have a spike or blooming right now and they bloom every year for me so something is right. But I do have some diseases that I cannot identify and am going to take them one at a time so that I do not get overwhelmed with new information. I will start with this one. Please help identify and hopefully I can cure it.

Probably a bacterial infection that formed when water was allowed to stand on the leaves.

How warm and humid is your greenhouse? What are/were winter night temperatures?

Hello Estacionj. Night temp would drop to around 50 for a short while, max of 85 in the day time. Humidity around 30-35.

I wonder whether you have scale insects. Can you lift up a round shell with your fingernail?
