BLC. George King "Serendipity"
I got this as a "rescue" Lowes bag baby in 2013. I imagine this makes it approximately 7 years old. This plant has very large leaf/pseudobulbs at 15" long. (Other than my Recchara, this is my largest orchid). This is its first bloom, and it gave me 2-2 flower pairs (4 flowers total). It is suposed to be "peachy pink" but to me, it is just "pink." I took the photo last month some time. I have been having "camera issues," so I could not post until now.

Oh wait, I forgot, maybe the Rothchilde Paph has longer leaves.

Looks great, fragrant too? Has it gotten more peachy as the bloom aged?

Oh yes! Marvelous scent. Very strong and long-lasting. Very rosy-frangipani type smell. The first one opened totally 9/10/17, and I cut them all off 11/21/17.
Unfortunately, it was more standard pink than peach. Maybe next year.

PH and temperature can affect how peachy the flowers are - they seem more orange-peach when grown pretty warm and under very bright light with high humidity such as in a greenhouse.
Here is my own plant blooming (indoors) with some peach but also pink.
And here is one I photographed at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens grown with more light, humidity and heat that I also photographed.
And for contrast, one still on my wanted list is Pot. Edith North 'Danny Adams' which is even more peachy. This one I also photographed at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens as I haven't been able to obtain one myself, yet.
If you are able at a later time to set your King George up where it can get more heat, humidity and bright light the yellow tints may come through better. I agree the fragrance is wonderful. Glad to see yours!

I like the pink! Very pretty! Plumeria is quite a wonderful fragrance, too.

Those are gorgeous blooms! Congrats on having blooms after such a long wait. Beautiful color, even if it's not the expected peach tones.

I really want to get one of these. The soft peachy pink color is just so attractive. And lol at the Paph rothschildianum's leafspan. I keep forgetting mine is about 3 feet across. I may trade it one of these days for a more compact one so I could get more space.

These are gorgeous. How large are the blooms? I know some don't like them but I love big floof.
