I bought this early in the summer with a spike in bud and it's been blooming for awhile--my only orchid in bloom right now. There was no fragrance for a week or so, but now the flowers have a lovely, jasmine-like fragrance.

The spike was bent in shipping -- I cut a short piece of a green plastic drinking straw, made a slit up the side, and used it as a splint to support the bent spike.
