I live next to a river a mile from the sea so there's a constant breeze. They're in a square bay and at the very least the windows are locked open so there's constant air movement.

Well they're very different in looks alone. This one is a short flower spike type.
Yours seems to be the classic multiple flowers dark purple blotchy zygo.
I should add that I hand water every morning by squirting water on the media until nice and damp(using a 1 litre hand spray bottle) and then I mist all the foliage. If it's been very bright I'll mist again later in the day
