Perhaps your Amesiella monticola stopped the other four spikes because it was feeling a bit too cold??
At least one made it and gave you huge (ratio to the plant size) flowers.
Are they fragrant??
I almost bought some at the show this past week, but I went for Aerangis fastuosa instead, which has been on my wish list for a while.

Thank you
Yes it's seems all my pink ones are in bloom,I have 7 pink ones ,2 white and one purple blooming right now .
They do have a slight fragrance, not very strong, nothing compared to nodosa.
I don't know if it got too cold,it sits with my Catt's on the same shelf and they seem to be okay.Maybe it just didnt feel like making more,Orchids are on there own schedule,no matter what we do
