Winter Blooms-Sanity In Check
Hi All,
It's been awhile since I posted pics, so here's my shot at it again. I wanted to show what is blossoming in my neck of the woods.
The first row: Brassavola 'Little Stars' almost opened,
Agsm. 'Blue Butterfly' has one bud opened and one coming.
Den. Crystal Pink x Ise in a garlic basket (3rd one in and 5th one)
Pot. 'Little Toshie'
Second row: Epc. Siam Jade, Little Toshie, Siam Jade, P. Mount Lip, and RFDRA Rehfieldara 'Jerry Pacific' in spike for the first time!
Sorry for the repeats on some...it's my heavy fingers on the keyboard....no, kidding....just inexperience. Thanks for looking! kiki-do

Thanks for sharing, kiki
That Den (in the 3rd and 5th pics ) is so cute! I love the sparkly look! Toshie is adorable and the Siam jade is always a winner with me

Thanks everyone! FYI, a couple pics looks like I have mealybugs for some reason, but it's not. It's some type of direct markings on the leaves, but definitely not mealybugs. They are real healthy plants. I think it's because I had misted previously. I'm a far cry from some of the professional photographers I've seen here on OB. kiki-do

What wonderful blooms! Congrats! I also really like the clever use of the garlic bag - I'm going to have to try that! Thanks for the idea!

Thanks! I have quite a few baskets hanging around and decided to use some that had adequate holes and I was sure my orchids would like. Here are two more in baskets that seem to be thriving...a Cirrhopetalum 'Elizabeth Ann' in a wine basket (when I got her, she didn't look like she was going to make it, and now has signs of new growth), and the other is a phal. 'Tawain Glory' in an old round basket with roots sticking out everywhere and a spike coming. Both seem to love their home. (wish I knew how to rearrange the pics to match up with each other! ) kiki-do
