Default A few more blooming

1. Blc Pink Empress 'Lakeview' AM/AOS
(Blc Bryce Canyon x Bc Mt. Aderson)
2.Vanda Robert's Delight 2000 FCC/AOS
(Vanda Kasem's Delight x Vanda Madame Rattana
3. Hawkinsara Keepsake (Slc Precious Stones x Ctna Why Not)

Blc Pink Empress just opened yesterday. The flower is magenta/purple and is 7 1/2 in. If you ask anyone who sniffs this flower what is smells like, the first thing they say is Johnson's Baby Powder.

Vanda Robert's Delight has such heavy texture it could be used for making moccasins. The flowers get larger as they mature. The oldest is 5 in. The total flower count is nine. It has only been in bloom for about a week so you can see that the top ones are smaller.

This is very close to the true color of Hawkinsara Keepsake. Red flowers are impossible to capture.

Wow! Those are all gorgeous! Love your line about making moccasins out of the Vanda.

That Hawkinsara is really awesome. How big a plant is it? Inquiring minds want to know...

Hey Jerry,

For the first one... WOW
For the second one... I just love this guy!
For the third one...that red just makes me want to dance!

Congrats on all three blooms, and on your wonderful photography as well!

Thanks to everyone for all of the nice comments. Those are some of the first pictures that I have ever taken with a digital camera so if the pictures are good it must be because of the camera.

Yvan, the Hawkinsara Keepsake is about eight inches tall and the flowers are 2 1/2 in. It is a very compact grower.
