Default Paphiopedilum leeanum - Blooms and a question

This one is a primary hybrid between Paphiopedilum spicerianum and Paphiopedilum insigne. Easy to grow...at least I don't give it much attention.

Also, I have a question...when should I repot? I could not find a categoric answer to this question. As you can see, the pot is really in need to repot...I haven't done yet because I don't know the best time and the plants seem to like it like that....and I'm lazy!

There are 6 plants in this pot. This hybrid produces one single flower per plant, so I have 6 (it used to be 5 but this year there's one more, which means the plants are propagating).

Some photos

I can't see the images, nor the links. The postimage files might be seen if people hit the Quote button, then copy your URLs from your browser and paste them into a new browser tab. But Postimage won't load for me.

Most people recommend repotting Paphs every 1-2 years. Organic medium will break down in this time frame if kept as moist as these want to be kept.

It is working fine for me. Anyone else having this problem?

Well... I'm so lazy!
I have never repoted this one since I bought it 9 years ago. Now in a more serious tone...it has been growing so nicely that during all these years I really never though about it. But now the pot is really crowded.

Paphs aren't picky about when to repot. It probably cold use a "refresh of medium" though. Unless it falls apart, why divide? Just let it get big and put on a show. The images work for me. Maybe Postimages was just down for awhile.

My intention is not to divide, just repot.
These plants are cheap around here (less than 20 €). I'd prefer to buy another one than divide it

I now can see the images on my desktop and phone, though they take a long time to load. It must have been a Postimages problem.
