Those of you on the Motes Orchids newsletter list already got this:
Due to the resurgence of the coronavirus and uncertainty, the 2022 Tamiami International Orchid Festival is postponed until May 13-15, 2022. The 2022 Redland International Orchid Festival is postponed until October, date to be determined.

Better safe. Lots of orchid fans are old.

All the planned winter shows in New England have been cancelled as well.
The New Hampshire show is scheduled for last weekend of March and we're going to hang on until mid Feb as our cut-off date to cancel.
History from the past 2 years has us hoping the virus will have "burned through" by then and we'll be OK.
All I know is that I'm sick of this damn thing! Which I suspect is better than being sick with it.
