Yes Carol, I do web search and have done that extensively on my one and only Dendro. These days, it is a must that we Google everything.
You are right, web had a lot of info.
The book is for when I want to read at night before going to sleep.
I also ask people to share their opinions and I value that a lot.
Good to have some books. Electronic media and books both have their own place.I am just a bit old fashioned in these matters....like the feel of paper.....

You might want to try something like Flora's Orchids, over 1500 different orchids, a big book, pictures (so many) are beautiful, lots of how to information, a hard back book and runs around $9.00. has 368 pages.

Does seem to have nice pics and comprehensive descriptions.... Is it same book here on Amazon ?-
